Exchange-rate handling
Ebun uses configured platform rates for supported currencies and checks that required rates are available before checkout. If a rate is missing or stale, the gift does not proceed silently.
Market-specific caps
Admins can set fixed local fee floors and caps per currency. Those local amounts replace USD-anchored FX defaults for that market and are applied at checkout. If a fee floor would exceed the public fee ceiling on a small gift, Ebun charges the ceiling instead of blocking the donation.
