Click "Get Started" in the top navigation, enter your email and password, and verify your email address. You'll then be able to browse projects and make donations.

Yes, an account is required to make donations. This ensures you receive tax receipts, impact updates, and can track your giving history.

Making Donations

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe (global) and local payment methods through Paystack (Nigeria). All payments are processed securely with PCI compliance.

Causes are specific line items within a project (e.g., "School Supplies" or "Medical Equipment"). You can choose to support the general project or specific causes. All causes are optional.

Full refunds are available before funds are disbursed to organizations. Once disbursed, refunds are not possible. Contact support for refund requests.

Evidence & Impact

You'll receive email notifications when organizations upload verified evidence of impact. You can manage notification preferences in your dashboard settings.

Our team verifies evidence within 48 hours of upload. You'll be notified once verification is complete and evidence is approved.

Tax Receipts

Go to your Dashboard → Tax Documents. You can download individual receipts or annual statements. All documents are stored securely for 7 years.

Platform fees are generally not tax-deductible as they are service fees. However, tax laws vary by jurisdiction. Consult a tax professional for advice.
